Sensor of Vapor/Fill sump of <br /> siphon tank was replaced by technician,submit permit to this office by next business day".In the <br /> corresponding Violation checklist,a check was placed next to"HSC 25286(a)Permit to alter monitoring <br /> system." <br /> Response:Enclosed is the permit application submitted by our testing contractor;Tait Environmental <br /> Systems.This application was submitted on 3/23/2005. <br /> 2.Alleged Violation: In a 1 page fax to my attention on March 31,2005,it stated,"Violation#18. Spill <br /> Bucket. Spill Bucket of Premium tank was tested failed.Immediately repair or replace this failed spill <br /> bucket. Consult this office for permit requirement and provide 48 hours notice to this office for spill bucket <br /> retest."There was no accompanying violation checklist. <br /> Response: Enclosed is the `re-test'paperwork of the 91 fill spill bucket conducted by BP maintenance <br /> contractor;Elite IV,on April 1,2005. An O-ring was replaced which did not require a permit. <br /> Additionally,enclosed is the annual Monitoring System Certification,Electronic line leak detector test data <br /> sheet,and the spill/overfill containment box test data sheets for the same Arco facility listed above. <br />
