R5-2003-004410, CITY OF TRACY <br /> WESTSIDE CHANNEL OUTFALL STORMWATER PIPELINE PROJECT (WCO), BYRON <br /> ROAD, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> A Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) was submitted in support of the discharge of treated groundwater <br /> from dewatering wells installed as part of the City of Tracy's WCO construction project currently <br /> underway along Byron Road. The City of Tracy, ChevronTexaco, and Pombo Real Estate submitted a <br /> combined RWD as application for coverage under Waste Discharge Requirements General Order No. <br /> R5-2003-0044 (Order, see attached), for the discharge of treated groundwater at three locations in Tracy, <br /> California. The fee and RWD dated 6 May 2003 were received 8 May 2003. The supporting technical <br /> information dated 13 May 2003 was received 14 May 2003. <br /> PROJECT LOCATION <br /> The portion of the WCO project along Byron Road begins near Corral Hollow Road on the east <br /> extending approximately 6,000 feet to California Highway 205 on the west end of the project, within the <br /> City of Tracy. The majority of the project along Byron Road and the City of Tracy's Belconte Drive- <br /> No. 5 stormwater detention basin is within Section 19, T2S, R5E, MDB&M.
