NOA No.R5-2003-004410 -4- <br /> Dewatering <br /> 4- <br /> Dewatering Discharge 29 May 2003 <br /> City of Tracy, Stormwater Pipeline Project <br /> subsequent sampling frequency shall follow the MRP sampling schedule thereafter. The PAHs <br /> will be analyzed by EPA Method 8310/8270 SIM, whichever provides the most complete list of <br /> PAH constituents having method detection limits (MDIs) equal to or less than that listed in <br /> Attachment A of the MRP. <br /> 4. Effluent samples from Treatment Systems No. I and 4 shall be analyzed for the constituents <br /> listed in Item#3 above and pH. In addition, flow rates (gallons per day and cumulative total <br /> gallons discharged) shall be recorded for effluent Discharge Points No. 1, 4, and 5. The flow rate <br /> information shall be tabulated for each effluent discharge point and reported with the analytical <br /> results. <br /> 5. Groundwater monitoring wells are not required by this Order. Plume delineation and any <br /> subsequent groundwater monitoring have been addressed in a letter from the RWQCB to <br /> ChevronTexaco dated 17 April 2003. <br /> 6. An annual fee - $900 (as specified in the annual billing invoice issued by the State Water <br /> Resource Control Board) shall be required until this Notice of Applicability is officially revoked. <br /> 7. The discharge of wastes other than treated groundwater from the construction dewatering wells <br /> and cleanup of crude oil pollution, or discharge of other contaminants, is prohibited. <br /> Based on our review of the information provided, we have determined the project/process meets the <br /> required conditions of the Order. All requirements contained in the Order are applicable to the Byron <br /> Road project. You are hereby assigned General Order No. R5-2003-004410 to regulate the discharge of <br /> treated groundwater from Byron Road Treatment Systems No. 1 and 4 to land Discharge Points No. 1, 4, <br /> and 5 described above and depicted on the attached Figure. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this Notice of Applicability, please contact Dean Hubbard at (559) <br /> 445-5179 or email: hubbardd@rb5f.swi-cb.ca.gov. <br /> THOMAS R.
