It is of interest to note that no petroleum hydrocarbon
contamination was detected at the nine (9) soil borings, each located
one hundred twenty--five feet ( 125±' ) south of the southerly boundary
of Byron Road. This indicates that in all probability there is
_ . no petroleum hydrocarbon contamination originating from the Southern
Pacific Railroad/Byron Road right-of-way under Parcel A (APN
r 237-170-45) of the Sunboro property. Based upon current and expected
future groundwater regimes, it is riot reasonable to think that
existing contaminants will migrate south to the subsurface of Parcel
A.
' The report outlines the work performed soil profile logs, laboratory
data and T.T. I . ' s staff interpretations and conclusions.
; . Sincerely,
uer L.S/ p.E.
de
L.Aolnha ,
Principal
F • LAM:ddr
Enclosure
L
i
