I
V. CONCLUSIONS
Based upon the geology, soil stratigraphy and field investigation i
at the Sunboro Development subdivision site in Tracy, California,
Terrestrial Technology, Inc. is of the opinion that the petroleum i
hydrocarbon contamination discovered under the Southern Pacific
Railroad and Byron Road right-of-way has not traveled southward
beyond a line parallel to and 125 feet south of the south boundary
of the Byron Road right-of-way. Further, there are no indications
that Sunboro Development's Parcel A, Assessor's Parcel No. 237-170-45,
as shown on a map filed for record in Book 15, page 151, dated May
9, 1988, San Joaquin County records has been contaminated by petroleum
r- hydrocarbon substances originating from the Southern Pacific Railroad
and Byron Road right-of-way.
Based upon our investigation, T.T. I. believes that Parcel A, as
described above, is suitable for any land use that conforms to the
. City of Tracy General Plan and zoning, in particular, a single family
unit subdivision.
i1
V-1
