SITE <br /> SOUTH OF BYRON ROAD AND NORTHWEST OF CORRAL HOLLOW ROAD IN. <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA. <br /> Dear Laurie: <br /> You are aware of the hazardous waste investigation made by- the city <br /> of Tracy at the above site where that city bored under the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad to facilitate the installation of two 18 inch- water <br /> mains ("C" and "D" lines). Sunboro Development Company is proposing <br /> a residential subdivision in this area (see map, Exhibit A) . Sunboro <br /> proposes to establish a clean line approximately 125 feet south of <br /> Byron Road which will provide evidence of no contamination south of <br /> said clean line. It is their intent to continue processing their <br /> subdivision plans for the land area south of the "clean line". The <br /> attached Work Plan -is presented to inform your agency of the proposed <br /> work. The drilling contractor will appy for a drilling permit as <br /> required by your agency once the work plan is approved. <br /> Please be advised that- Terrestrial Technology' s client is Adleson, <br /> Hess, Christensen and Kelly, Attorneys at- Law, located at 110 North <br /> Third Street, San Jose, California, 95112,1 and that the firm represents <br /> Sunboro Development Company in this matted: Due to possible litigation, <br /> this law firm has prepared certain conditions to the District's form, <br /> "Authorization to Release Analytical Results, Geotechnical Data and <br /> Site Assessment Information (see Exhibit A).
