petroleum hydrocarbon contamination, including benzene, toleune, <br /> xylene and ethylbenzene, using EPA method 8015 (modified) and EPA <br /> method 8020, respectively. <br /> 5. The soil boring contractor will obtain a drilling permit from the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District and notify said district when borings <br /> are to be made and when filling of borings with bentonite/concrete <br /> slurry is to occur. Twenty four hour notice will be given (minimum) . <br /> 6. A report will be prepared by T.T. I . for Adleson, Hess, Christensen <br /> and Kelly who will provide for dis ribution as appropriate. The <br /> report will include the following: <br /> A. Introduction and work description <br /> B. Summary of the work and analysis of soil samples <br /> C. Location of work (map) and description of soil profiles, soil <br /> identification, and findings, water table elevations, soil analysis <br /> (laboratory) and other pertinent observations. A general statement <br /> as to the overall geologic and soil conditions at the site will <br /> be given. <br /> D. General comments that can be made based on the information <br /> available from the 8 soil borings and possible 3 to 4 backhoe <br /> pits. <br /> E. The report appendix will contain the following: <br /> I. Laboratory analysis data (original test results and summary <br /> sheet). <br /> II. Soil profile logs (graphic) <br /> III.
