This
oil-affected soil has beers determined by the regulatory agencies not to pose a risk to human
health or to the environment, as discussed below.
This document is intended to be used as a tool for the parties involved when and if soil affected
by the degraded crude oiUBunker C oil is encountered or excavated during the site development
activities. The parties involved include CPL,the developer, the construction contractor, the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD),the State of California
Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and the City of Tracy. It is recommended that
the presence of the affected soil and this management plan be referenced by the City of Tracy
(either building or public works departments) and the SJCEHD when approving permits foT
construction or excavations.
k'.Wk•UUCSLC36yg151?II.II,AN.AC>C
(WORD)
