The Workplan proposes to define the Extent of hydrocarbon contamination <br /> on Sunboro's property and to measure the local ground water flow gradient. <br /> Although the hydrocarbon contamination was fc and along the northern boundary and <br /> the contamination may extend offsite, the pr posed work will be confined to the <br /> Sunboro Development property. <br /> The Workplan proposes to install four 20-fo t monitoring wells on the Sunboro <br /> property. Three monitoring wells will be installed eighty feet from the north <br /> boundary and 1 monitoring well will be instal led 200 feet from the north property <br /> boundary (see attached map) . No well borinc will be completed as a monitoring <br /> well if floating product is encountered. if floating product is encountered, it <br /> should be discussed in your next report and the location(s) identified on a map. <br /> The revised Workplan to define the extent of cnsite hydrocarbon contamination and <br /> measure the local ground water flow gradient is adequate and Sunboro may proceed <br /> with the next phase of work. As agreed upon in our teleconference, please submit <br />- your information regarding the potential offsite sources of hydrocarbon'-''--- <br /> contamination to our office by 18 May 1990.
