Mr. Carls stated that there were some items not <br /> addressed in the Work Plan. We will rev se the Work Plan and deliver <br /> it to him this week. <br /> Mr. Carls also stated that the "Authorization to Release Analytical <br /> Results, Geotechnical Data and Site Assessment Information" form <br /> submitted with this Work plan was to be reviewed by Laurie Cotulla <br /> of the San Joaquin Local Health District. The reason for Ms. Cotulla's <br /> reviewing of this document is the conditions contained in Exhibit "A" <br /> of the form. Mr. Carls recommends that we call him in a week to <br /> ascertain the status of his review.
