Pursuant to State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) <br /> guidelines, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water <br /> Board) requires parties in the vicinity of the site to be provided an opportunity to participate in <br /> the closure process. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Clerk records and from other public information ownership <br /> databases noted on Table 1, you or your company are the owner of property described on the <br /> Table with associated Assessor Parcel Numbers. As described on the Fact Sheet and <br /> indicated on the enclosed Figure, portions of the site and some adjacent properties have <br /> been affected; parts of surrounding properties are unaffected but are located within a <br /> 200-foot radius of the affected area. <br /> Please review the attached Fact Sheet that summarizes the site conditions as determined by <br /> the investigations. The State Water Board guidance establishes a 20- to 30-day review period <br /> for property owners, and/or persons identified in the offsite property owner survey, and other <br /> interested parties, to provide comment. <br /> Upon completion of the public comment period (and in the absence of substantive comment <br /> against no further action), Central Valley Water Board staff will provide a determination of No <br /> Further Action Required for Mountain House Development Site #3. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> �tRecycled Paper <br />
