He cannot figure out what the $356 is for— how many permits etc. I <br /> can't answer his question because this was not spelled out clearly enough on the pcard request. He said <br /> something about using out dated fees or the fees are correct and he just doesn't know what they are for. <br /> Please contact Mike to straighten this out—and then contact me so I can record exactly what this is for— number <br /> of borings or permits for what.
