Pursuant to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br /> guidance, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water <br /> Board) requires parties in the vicinity of the site to be provided opportunity to participate in the <br /> closure process. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Clerk records, the properties with associated Assessor <br /> Parcel Numbers (APN) described on the accompanying table provided by Chevron <br /> Environmental Management Company, are adjacent to and/or within a 200-foot radius of the <br /> referenced site. Your company(ies) are owners of record for one or more of the parcels <br /> indicated on the table. <br /> Please review the attached Fact Sheet that summarizes the site conditions as determined by <br /> the investigation and characterization findings.
