Pursuant to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) guidance, the <br /> Regional Water Board requires parties in the site vicinity be provided opportunity to participate <br /> in the closure process. <br /> Please review the attached Fact Sheet that summarizes the site conditions as determined by <br /> the investigation and characterization findings. The SWRCB guidance establishes a <br /> 20- to 30-day review period for property owners, and/or persons identified in the offsite <br /> property owner survey, and other interested parties to provide comment.
