Please correct your records. The main
reason for me sending an update is because my role in this portfolio has
changed, I am not longer the On-Site Consultant to Chevron. Caryl Weekley
has replaced me. Therefore, I forwarded your email to her to discuss with
Todd the PM. She should be contacted for any portfolio-related permitting
issues hat you have not worked out with the project manager. I am now a
Project Manager and working on other management aspects of the HPP program.
Thank you for your input, and it was nice working with you the past 2 years.
Sincerely,
Bella Bakrania
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Fri 10/28/2005 1:01 PM
To: bakrania@saic.com
Subject: update
note: it appears that the letter 'b' may have been deleted from your email
address on the notification. THis may be the reason we can't reply/send you
email. .mi.
thank you for your update. .how appropriate now, since I have some concerns
with permits recently submitted by Todd.
I just got off the phone with Todd over some mapping details that were
included with the permit applications to do the drilling at Sites 4 & 5 work
plan of 3-31-05.
All is ok fine with the work plan and the CVRWQCB approval. It's the
location of the borings "MH-4-6" and "MH4-7" as well as "MH5-8" and 11MH5-911 .
According to the figure 3 & 4 and submitted with the applications, these
borings appear to be in an area north of Byron Rd and south of the UPRR
right of way and there's a dashed line delineating something and does NOT
abut UPRR???? . In reality there is NO area between these areas. The property
line abuts these two areas and no 'other' zone is there. So your maps infer
that these borings go in this ' zone' . .
I think Todd and I got it cleared up. Some confusion existed since both
applications came to me listing 'property owners ' as "TRIMARK" yet a MHCSD
encroachment permit was included for "five primary and four contingency soil
borings in site 44" and the same for "Site 5" . ????? The application
states 114 soil borings" yet I count five at least and NO contingency boring
locations noted for my understanding.
My concerns:
1- UPRR is clearly shown with arrows and numerical dimensions. Byron Rd
right of way needs this clarification. SJ County typically defines their
right of ways in feet from the center of the road way, since lane widths and
ends vary on these country roads. I'll need a map that clearly shows the
width of the right of way in the area you wish to drill. . . .just HOW wide IS
the Byron Rd right of way? and shows the borings on the correct side of
1
