Box 6012 Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> San Ramon, CA 94583 <br /> OVERDUE QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER CLEANUP PROGRESS REPORT, MOUNTAIN <br /> HOUSE STREAM RESTORATION PROJECT, MOUNTAIN HOUSE, SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY <br /> ChevronTexaco and Trimark Communities (Dischargers) submitted a Report of Waste Discharge <br /> (RWD) application for coverage under Waste Discharge Requirements General Order No. R5-2003- <br /> 0044 (Order) for the discharge of treated groundwater in conjunction with Mountain House Creels <br /> Bridge Construction and Streambed Alteration project northwest of Tracy, San Joaquin County. In a <br /> memorandum dated 22 July 2004, Regional Board staff issued the Notice of Applicability(NOA) of the <br /> Order for the discharge of treated groundwater at one location near the construction site. <br /> The Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) specifies that annual reports shall be submitted by 30 <br /> January of each year and quarterly reports shall be submitted within 30 days after the end of each <br /> calendar quarter. <br /> The third quarter 2004 groundwater sampling and monitoring report is more than 30-days overdue, in <br /> violation of the Order.
