The Work <br /> Plan was approved by California Regional Water quality Control Board in their <br /> letter dated 5 August 2003. Master File Record Information Form and Site <br /> Mitigation Fees agreement with ChevronTexaco are already in your <br /> possession. <br /> Attached please find "Well Permit Application" and four checks for Mountain <br /> House Site #3 for your review and approval (APN# 209-150-32; APN# 209- <br /> 150-31 ; APN# 209-160-08; Mountain House Community Development right of <br /> way for Byron Road — no APN#). <br /> Attached with this letter please find the documents required to perform drilling <br /> on adjacent properties, north and south of West Byron Road. SAIC is also <br /> finalizing Encroachment Permit procedures required to perform drilling in the <br /> Mountain House Community Development Services right of way for West <br /> Byron Road.
