ChovronTmam, and its agents, employ, representatives,consultants,oontractors and subcoutmatora, shall at all t4 nes fully comply with all laws,regulations,rules and ordm applicable to the Property or the activilics of Chevr0n.Texaco,whether now existing or hereaRsr cted,by any federal,state or local govar=eittsl authority or agency haying jurisdiction over tho Property or conditions existing on the Property. ChsvroaTexaco aWl not commence or conduct any Asses=smt Activities on the Property without First having obtained any and all permits and approvals requind for such work/activity by any gaverttanerntal entity, and shall strictly aanaply with the terms and conditions of such praraies and approvals. 2. ChevronTaxaco shall give Owner such reasonable advance written notice of its intention to perform say Assesst=t Aotivides as will permit Owner to have its representative(s) and/or consulwt(s)premt during the performance of such Asses at ActiVilies("Entry No0ice"), Tne Entry Notice shall be delivered to Owiner not less than forty-eight(4$)hours in advance of my activities on the Property in mmectiort with arty Assassmem Activities. Owner shall be entitled to take ssp4it samples at its sole cost and exp=c if it so desires,. 3. ChevronTexacv agrees to provide Owner with Copies of all data,analyses,and Snail reports rebating to the ASses9raant Activities with three(3)business clays of ChevronTexaco's rweipt of the same. Any foul reports relating to the Assosament Activities that ChomnTexaoo intends to subTWt to applicable state fedcral and/or local regulatory agecics(cot?ectively, "Agency Submittals' shot forst be gubrnitted to Owner and Owner shall have not Iess than Fire(5)bnnincsa days to review and appr'ave all Agency Submittals prior to their®ubrr final to tine applicable agency. Any roport5 disapproved by Owner tlaatt are not required by law or applicable MgWation to be submitted to a Beate, federal and/or local regtalatorcy agency, shall not be submitted.
