Ensure that work is planned, and that responsibility and authority are assigned for performance <br /> of individual tasks <br /> SAIC Field Manager: The Site Supervisor will oversee the field activities associated with the project and will <br /> be responsible for site accessibility and safety. The SHSO is responsible for enforcing the field requirements <br /> of this HASP and reports to the Project manager. <br /> SAIC Site Health and Safety Officer: The Site Health and Safety Officer (SHSO) will oversee the field <br /> activities associated with the project and will be responsible for site accessibility and safety. The SHSO is <br /> responsible for enforcing the field requirements of this HASP and reports to the field manager. "Site H&S <br /> Officer/ Field Manager; (potentially the same person on some sites) are responsible for identifying jobsite <br /> hazards and ensuring the JSA requirements are in place and followed by all field personnel. <br /> Subcontractor Manager: Ensure that all their staff is fully trained to meet Chevron, SAIC and regulatory <br /> training requirements and can ensure that all equipment meets the requirements of the SOW and is sufficient <br /> to complete the job safely and efficiently. <br /> Change of Personnel <br /> In the event that any of the project team members presented in the Site Organization Chart must be <br /> changed, such changes will be conducted as outlined in the Chevron Management of Change (MOC) <br /> Process and SAIC Procedure FTP- 1220 (Documenting and Controlling Field Changes to Approved <br /> Work plans). <br /> 8 SAIC <br />
