A site must meet or surpass a predetermined hazard ranking system score, , <br /> be chosen as a state's top priority site, or meet three specific criteria setjointly by the <br /> US Dept of Health and Human Services and the US EPA in order to become an NPL <br /> site. ' <br /> This database is provided by the Cal. Environmental Protection Agency, Dept. of <br /> Toxic Substances Control. <br /> SCL VISTA conducts a database search to identify all sites within 1.25 mile of your ' <br /> SRC#: 3171 property. <br /> The agency release date for Calsites Database:All Sites except Annual Workplan ' <br /> Sites(incl. ASPIS) was July, 1996. <br /> This database is provided by the Department of Toxic Substances Control. <br /> The CalSites database includes both known and potential sites.Two-thirds of these <br /> sites have been classified, based on available information, as needing "No Further <br /> Action" (NFA) by the Department of Toxic Substances Control. The remaining sites are <br /> in various stages of review and remediation to determine if a problem exists at the <br /> site. Several hundred sites have been remediated and are considered certified. <br /> Some of these sites may be in long term operation and maintenance. <br /> CORRACTS VISTA conducts a database search to identify all sites within 1.25 mile of your ' <br /> SRC#: 3713 property. <br /> The agency release date for RCRA Corrective Action Sites List was April, 1997. <br /> The EPA maintains this database of RCRA facilities which are undergoing "corrective ' <br /> action'. A"corrective action order" is issued pursuant to RCRA Section 3008 (h) when <br /> there has been a release of hazardous waste or constituents into the environment <br /> from a RCRA facility.
