Petitioner, and its agent, shall not discuss the 1 17 purpose of the inspection with any person who is identified as a 18 tenant of Respondent . Petitioner, and its agent, shall refer an 19 designated tenant or tenants who make inquiries as to the purpose 20 of the activities of Petitioner, and its agent, to owner , 21 7 . Respondent shall provide access to each of the areas ' 22 described above L - i5 — , 2000, at to ;o d ' 23 a .m. / until such time as the Phase I is completed. 24 B . Should Petitioner determine that a Phase II is 25 required, Petitioner shall notify owner of the need for such 26 Phase II . Petitioner and owner shall agree to a time and date 27 convenient to conduct the Phase II .
