The work
plan is approved with the following conditions.
1. Any stockpiled soil that is to be reused at the site must have discrete
samples collected and analyzed by a certified laboratory. The number of
samples required will be dependent on the amount of stockpiled soil to be
reused on site. The number of samples must be approved by EHD and
EHD must witness their collection.
2. Anyone working (backhoe operator) at the site in areas of contamination
must have a certificate for Health and Safety Training for Hazardous
Waste Workers.
3. Any stockpiled soil that is to be removed from the site must be sampled
according to the receiving facilities requirements and transported
appropriately.
If you have any questions contact me at (209) 468-3449.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
Unit IV
c: Kleinfelder— Francis Bean
