California St
Good Afternoon Angelica,
I received your letter requesting a meeting this Thursday to discuss the above-referenced site. We have not been
retained by the City of Stockton to perform any work since Ava Langston-Kenney left the City a few years ago.The last
item we prepared for the City was a Monitoring Well Installation and Additional Delineation Sampling Work Plan dated
February 2, 2010. Ava was hoping to address all of the downtown groundwater sites collectively under RWQCB
oversight, but I'm not sure where that ended up prior to her departure. That's the last I heard of the project. The site is a
bunker fuel release that was from a tank removed from the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Since we are not under
contract with the City, we can't be present at the meeting, but I hope this email provides status for your discussion.
Thanks,
Alex
Alex Dewitt, PG
Vice President, Environmental Services
Condor Earth Technologies, Inc.
188 Frank West Cir.
