Lot B Underground Storage Tank—Monitoringell and Additional Delineation Work Plan <br /> 216 N.California Street,Stockton,California <br /> February 2,2010 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 6.0 LABORATORY ANALYSES <br /> The soil samples will be shipped to Argon Laboratories Inc., a California-certified laboratory (DHS# <br /> 2359) in Ceres, California for analysis. The soil samples and groundwater samples will be analyzed for <br /> benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX) by EPA Method 8021B, and TPH-D by EPA <br /> Method 8015M. Standard laboratory turnaround time of 10 business days will be requested. <br /> 7.0 REPORTING <br /> A written report will be prepared detailing the findings of the field work and the laboratory analytical <br /> results. The report will include a brief summary of information from adjacent UST sites (see Figure 8, <br /> Appendix A), QA/QC and data gaps discussion, data validation, conclusions, and recommendations. A <br /> draft copy of the report will be submitted to the Client for review prior to finalization. Final reports will <br /> be delivered to the Client and SJCEHD. Condor and the Client will meet with a representative of the <br /> SJCEHD to discuss the results of the work performed. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> We are prepared to commence work upon approval of this work plan by the SJCEHD and subsequent <br /> notification by the Client to proceed. The field portion of the investigation can be completed within one <br /> month after the necessary permits are received, depending on driller availability. A report can be <br /> submitted to the SJCEHD within six weeks of the completion of the fieldwork. If you need additional <br /> information or have any questions,please call Alex Dewitt or Bill A.
