The requirement to conduct corrective action <br /> is independent of Fund approval or disbursement of monies, The Fund will review this site next <br /> year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, October 2011, by 5 May 2011 letter, the San Joaquin County LOP directed the <br /> Responsible Party to resume active remediation.
