California St. Stockton, Ca. <br /> 20 Third Quarter 2011 Monitoring Report. <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> Please find below the report covering the third quarter 2011 monitoring activities on the above <br /> stated property. <br /> 25 <br /> THIRD QUARTER 2011 MONITORING REPORT <br /> 1. SITE HISTORY <br /> Five fuel USTs and one used motor oil tank were removed by Jim Thorpe Oil in November 1992 <br /> 30 under a permit from the PHS/EHD. Soil samples taken from under the USTs and the dispensing <br /> equipment indicated the presence of hydrocarbons. Spoil from the excavation was found to <br /> contain hydrocarbon contamination. <br /> The Clearwater Group submitted a work plan to install three soil borings with monitoring wells <br /> 35 constructed in the same boring. The work described in the Clearwater Work Plan was completed <br /> in March of 1995. <br /> The excavation for the removal of the USTs was backfilled by Jim Thorpe Oil in April 1996.The <br /> excavation spoil was used for backfill material. <br /> 40 <br /> Foothill Engineering was requested by the owner to sample the three monitoring wells that were <br /> installed by Clearwater at various times and the analysis of those samples is attached. <br /> Pagel of 69 <br />
