Time In: 2:10 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:30 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Subway 67296 Date: 01/24/2019 <br /> Address: 1601 S LOWER SACRAMENTO RD, LODI 95242 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 200-2323 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00048480 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> SUBWAY/AUNTIE ANNE'S, ANNE'S OPERATING IN THE NEW WAL-MART. MANAGER OF SUBWAY/AUNTIE ANNE'S <br /> DOES NOT WEAR HAIR RESTRAINT. MANAGER WAS ALSO BLOWING NOSE INTO NAPKIN AND THEN PUTTING <br /> ON GLOVES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who was not aware of this complaint <br /> Observations: all of the hand wash stations have soap and paper towels. Hair is restrained on all employees. Hand washing <br /> taking place before gloves are used. <br /> Corrections: Retrain all employees on how to properly restrain hair and to wash their hands every time they contaminate them <br /> or before placing/replacing gloves. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
