HE WAS VOMITING AND HAD DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE WAS <br /> ANOTHER MAN IN THE RESTROOM OF THE FACILITY THAT WAS VOMITING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Facility is unaware of the complaint. <br /> 2. There have been no reported illnesses by employees. <br /> 3. Facility maintains a log of ill employees and sends to corporate. <br /> 4. Manager is not aware of any employees that work at other food facilities, daycares, or health care facilities. <br /> 5. Staff receives food safety training (Food Handler Cards). <br /> 6. Staff consumes the foods from facility. <br /> 7. There has been no recent out of country travel. <br /> Observed kitchen operations.
