Advancement of one CPT soil boring near the source area to obtain lithological data and discrete soil and ground- <br /> water samples. Total depth of the boring will be at least 80 feet bsg. Soil samples will be collected at depths greater <br /> than 50 feet bsg, groundwater samples will be collected from preferential pathways starting at 40 feet bsg. <br /> 2. Installation of four monitoring wells to fust groundwater for investigation of the lateral extent of the shallow <br /> groundwater contaminant plume. <br /> 3. All samples collected will be analyzed for TPHg and TPHd (EPA Method 8015M/5030), BTEX and MtBE (EPA <br /> Method 8020) and fuel oxygenates, 1,2-DCA and EDB (EPA Method 8260) . <br /> 4. A sensitive receptor/well survey will be conducted and the results submitted with the report of findings following <br /> the completion of this next phase of work. <br /> C:OMMENIS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit a PHS/EHD well permit application and required $89.00 permit fee. One permit is required for each parcel <br /> of land on which work will be performed. <br /> 2. Submit access agreements from the property owners of proposed offsite locations. If a proposed offsite location <br /> belongs to the Crtyof Stockton, obtain a city-Encroachment Permit. <br /> 3.
