A records search at the <br /> CDPH and an on-the-ground survey in the area identified one CDPH regulated we] within a <br /> 2, 000 foot radius of the Site. Municipal well 53-01 is located 1 , 500 feet east of the site and is <br /> screened from 252-530 feet bgs. Drinking water at and near the Site is currently supplied by the <br /> California Water Service. <br /> Risk Evaluation <br /> There are no water supply wells or surface water receptors present within 1 , 500 feet of the Site. <br /> Drinking water at and near the Site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton . <br /> Recommendation <br /> In April 2008 , the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible <br /> Party to assess remedial technologies and implement active remediation without delay. The <br /> Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2009, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party, with enforcement action if necessary, to begin active remediation without <br /> unnecessary delay. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br />
