M Corrective Action Plan STALLWORTH AUTO SALES 602 North California Street, Stockton , California 1 .0 . INTRODUCTION Advanced GeoEnvironmental , Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the property located at 602 North California Street, Stockton , California (site) . The purpose of this CAP is to evaluate the feasibility of several remedial action alternatives for hydrocarbon-impacted soil and groundwater at the site . Included in this CAP is a site I conceptual model (SCM ) that: 1 ) identifies the type and sources) of contamination ; 2) determines the extent of the contamination ; 3 ) identifies the dominant fate and transport characteristics and potential exposure pathways at the site ; and 4) identifies potential receptors aTr d risk associated with each contaminant. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 and a plan of the site is illustrated in Fig re 2 . This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) and as directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) letter dating 10 May 2013 (Appendix A) . 2.0 . BACKGROUND A small , single-story office facility with a garage (Figure 2) presently occupies the site, which is located at the intersection of North California Street and Oak Street in Stockton , California (Figure 1 ) . The site is described as being located in the southwest portion of Section 2, Range 6 East, Township 1 North , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (MDB&M ) . The site is in an area of mixed residential and commercial use, and was the former location of a gasoline service station ; it is presently utilized for used auto sales . The San Joaquin County Tax Assessor's Office lists the site's boundaries as Parcel 09 on Map 165 in Book 139 (APN 139-165-09). Based on information obtained from the San Joaquin County Assessor's office, Gary Nathan Stallworth is listed as the current fee title owner. 2 . 1 . REGIONAL GEOLOGIClHYDROGEOLOGIC SETTING According to Geologic Map of California, published in 1977 by the State of California Department of Mines and Geology, the site area is located within the Great Valley Geomorphic Province of California . The Great Valley Province is a nearly flat, elongated structural trough trending northwest and southeast for approximately 450 miles ; it is bounded on the east by the Sierra Nevada mountains and on the west by the Coast Ranges .
