M <br /> Corrective Action Plan <br /> STALLWORTH AUTO SALES <br /> 602 North California Street, Stockton , California <br /> 1 .0 . INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental , Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Corrective Action Plan (CAP) <br /> for the property located at 602 North California Street, Stockton , California (site) . The <br /> purpose of this CAP is to evaluate the feasibility of several remedial action alternatives for <br /> hydrocarbon-impacted soil and groundwater at the site . Included in this CAP is a site <br /> I conceptual model (SCM ) that: 1 ) identifies the type and sources) of contamination ; 2) <br /> determines the extent of the contamination ; 3 ) identifies the dominant fate and transport <br /> characteristics and potential exposure pathways at the site ; and 4) identifies potential <br /> receptors aTr d risk associated with each contaminant. The location of the site is illustrated <br /> in Figure 1 and a plan of the site is illustrated in Fig re 2 . <br /> This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) and as directed <br /> by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) letter dating 10 <br /> May 2013 (Appendix A) . <br /> 2.0 . BACKGROUND <br /> A small , single-story office facility with a garage (Figure 2) presently occupies the site, <br /> which is located at the intersection of North California Street and Oak Street in Stockton , <br /> California (Figure 1 ) . The site is described as being located in the southwest portion of <br /> Section 2, Range 6 East, Township 1 North , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (MDB&M ) . <br /> The site is in an area of mixed residential and commercial use, and was the former location <br /> of a gasoline service station ; it is presently utilized for used auto sales . The San Joaquin <br /> County Tax Assessor's Office lists the site's boundaries as Parcel 09 on Map 165 in Book <br /> 139 (APN 139-165-09). Based on information obtained from the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's office, Gary Nathan Stallworth is listed as the current fee title owner. <br /> 2 . 1 . REGIONAL GEOLOGIClHYDROGEOLOGIC SETTING <br /> According to Geologic Map of California, published in 1977 by the State of California <br /> Department of Mines and Geology, the site area is located within the Great Valley <br /> Geomorphic Province of California . The Great Valley Province is a nearly flat, elongated <br /> structural trough trending northwest and southeast for approximately 450 miles ; it is <br /> bounded on the east by the Sierra Nevada mountains and on the west by the Coast <br /> Ranges . <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, ine. <br />
