REVOCABLE PE MIT Ground Water Monitorinci Well Permit No.: 98-04 Dale: May 7 1998 Location: 2315 N. CALIFORNIA STREET Permittee: SPECTRUM EXPLORATION 114C. 2365 WIGWAM DRIVE STOCKTON, CA 95205 In accordance with Ordinance 003-96, passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on January 22, 1996, a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is hereby granted to: SPECTRUM EXPLORATION INC. to install and maintain one (1) monitoring well at 231 N. California Street, Stockton, CA. This permit is granted under the following terms andconditions: 1. This revocable permit is gfanted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 22,578 on December 5, 1960, and on file in the Office of the City Clark of the City of Stockton, 2. The general location of each well shall be ass own on the map attached. The precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. 3. The Permittee has posted security of$500.00 with the City of Stockton which will remain in effect during the life of this permit. �r 4. In accordance with Section 1(h) of the "Sjand rd Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits," the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of public liability insurance against liability for injuries to persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to the stru ture on City properly, in amounts to be determined by the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall contain a contractual liability endorsement covering the liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be canceled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing to be given to the Risk Manager. The copies of these policies or certificates evident ng the same shali,be filed with the Risk Manager of the City after approval of the City Attorney. `
