California Street, Stockton <br /> A vapor intrusion evaluation was satisfactorily completed and the EHD directed submittal of an <br /> NFAR. The NFAR was submitted in December 2010 and EHD review is pending. The concentrations detected for these analytes <br /> were 1,750,000 micrograms per cubic meter(PgIM3)TF IHg, 20,000 Pg/M3 benzene, and 46,000 <br /> pg/rn3 MTBE. The consultant recommends excavation or source removal. The report must be <br /> further evaluated by the EHD to property resolve the iss e. At this time, a realistic time frame for <br /> site closure cannot be prepared. <br /> Claim No. 15890- 545 E. Minor Avenue, Stockton <br /> On 15 December 2010, a 30-day notification letter was mailed to the CVRWQCB indicating that <br /> the EHD was closing the site. Allowing time for the not'r lication and destruction of the monitoring <br /> wells, the EHD anticipates that the site will be closed wit in 90 days. <br />
