Laboratory nalyses are to include a test for this <br /> chemical in the deep vapor samples at valid detection limits. <br /> • Submit the report of findings to Geotracker in a timely manner. <br /> • Evaluate soil vapor laboratory data to the San Francisco Bay Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (SFBRWQCB), Environmental Screening Levels (ESL) for <br /> commercial/industrial land use values. <br /> • Probes left in overnight/48-hours are considered wells. Please submit an EHD <br /> Well Permit Application Form, a License Contractor Declaration Form, a Master <br /> File Record Form, and $610. (Application fee $366 plus $122 per well). A permit <br /> is needed for these well destructions.
