Recommendation.- <br /> In <br /> ecommendation:In May 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation, that the San <br /> Joaquin County LOP should consider reviewing this site for closure. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, this site has been under investigation for 13 years. The <br /> Fund continues to recommend that the San Joaquin County LOP consider this <br /> site for closure. Further investigation at this site is unlikely to benefit the people <br /> of California. <br /> UPDATED, June 2010, this site has been under investigation for 14 years and no <br /> active remediation has been indentified. The San Joaquin County LOP stated <br /> that additional risk assessment should be conducted.
