California St. APN: 125-380-16 <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 SWRCB-CUF#: 011775 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Cepartment (EHD) has reviewed the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Clean Up Fund's (CUF) 5-Year Review <br /> Summary Report dated May 5, 2009, for this site and offers the following comments. <br /> Recommendations in the CUF's report stated th t the site should be considered for <br /> closure providing that the potential for soil vapor migration has been assessed and <br /> determined safe for prescribed site activities and the required documents for a No <br /> Further Action evaluation have been submitted to the EHD. <br /> The EHD has reviewed the most current (First Quarter Monitoring Report — 2009) and <br /> the historical ground water analytical data for the site and concurs with the CUF's <br /> recommendations. <br /> Please submit a soil vapor intrusion evaluation t at addresses the potential for the <br /> residual soil and ground water contamination to migrate and pose a health hazard to the <br /> public. The results of the evaluation should be incl,ided in a No Further Action Request <br /> (NFAR) report submitted to the EHD in a timely m inner. Please include the minimum <br /> items listed in the Tri-Regional Guidelines, April 20C 4, section 6.6.
