California St. RO#:607 <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 SW RCB-CUF#: 011775 <br /> i <br /> i <br /> On November 12, 2006 the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD)commented <br /> on Report of Findings from CPT#3, #4, & #5 (Report) and Work Plan for MW-7S&D and MW-BS&D (Plan) <br /> and determined that the Plan was inadequate and required additional work to be conducted. A revised <br /> work plan was to be submitted. <br /> Your consultant responded to the.SJCEHD in correspondenc dated December 17, 2006 (Proposal) and <br /> included the items requested. <br /> The Proposal included details for the installation of offsite MW- D in the area of CPT-4 as required and also <br /> included a signed access agreement by the landowner to instal this well. Thank you. 111 <br /> The SJCEHD was originally concerned that the contaminatio in the MW-3/CPT-3 area was not vertically <br /> defined. After further evaluation, the SJCEHD has determined that the vertical extent of contamination in <br /> the MW-3 area is adequately defined and further vertical investigation in this area is not necessary at this <br /> time. Should ground water contamination in MW-31D show significant increases in petroleum y <br /> concentrations,the vertical investigation may be required. <br /> The Proposal is adequate and necessary and'is approved as submitted. (H&S 25296.10[c][31). <br /> Please submit a Well Permit Application form and $374 fee . er parcel immediately. A City of Stockton <br /> encroachment and revocable permit is required to install MW-7 3&D and MW-8S&D in the roadway.
