This addendum <br /> is based upon a letter from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJC/EHD) dated August 24, 2007, and has been prepared in order to address the concerns <br /> from the SJC/EHD letter. <br /> 1. VP-1 will be installed on the eastern portion of the property and located in between MW-1 <br /> ! <br /> and the residential home adjacent to the east side of the site. <br /> 2. Wells MW-2, MW-3, MW-5, MW-6, MW-7, MW-87and VW-will be monitored and sampled F <br /> annually during the first quarter beginning in the year 2008. <br /> 3. MW-4 will be monitored and sampled semi-annually during the first and third quarter <br /> beginning in the year 2008. <br /> 4. MW-1, VW-1 B, VW-26, and VW-313 will be the only wells monitored and sampled in the <br /> fourth quarter 2007 and quarterly thereafter. <br /> 5. ARCS executing consultant, Stratus Environmental, Inc. (Stratus) who monitors and samples <br /> the wells will be notified to allow adequate time for the groundwater to stabilize before taking <br /> depth to water measurements. <br /> 6.
