Since Stantec plans to use a different drilling company, Cascade Drilling, L.P., to destroy these wells, a <br /> new permit application must be submitted. The permit/inspection fee will be$1,000.00 (5 X$125.00 + $375.00). <br /> You do not have to submit another Master File Record form.
