Vidkii McCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Monday, June 18, 2012 11:04 AM
To: 'Francini, Catherine'
Cc: 'Egger, Brian'; John Yoakum [EH]
Subject. RE: 3212 California Street in Stockton
Hi Catherine,
I did receive a call from Brian this morning. What I did not realize until after i had spoken to Brian, was that the
mushroom caps had not been done at the time the wells were pressure grouted. For future reference, when a
well is destroyed by pressure grouting, the mushroom cap must also be done at the same time in one
continuous operation.
Johnny Yoakum will be at the site tomorrow, June 19th; through-the remainder of this week to oversee
the destruction of the wells that have already been pressure grouted but still need the mushroom cap. Johnny's
number is 209.468.3147.
As I mentioned to Brian today, we still need to schedule the over-drilling of the remaining wells. Please keep me
informed when these wells will be over-drilled.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior RENS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartneyCdsicehd.com
From: Francini, Catherine [rnailto:Catherine.Francini@stantec.com]
Sent: Monday, June 18, 2012 10:18 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: 3212 California Street in Stockton
Hi Vicki,
We are scheduled to head back out in the field tomorrow. You should expect a call from Brian Egger any
time to discuss exact times.
Thanks and regards,
Cat
From: Vicki McCartney [EH] [mailto:vmccartney@sjcehd:com]
Sent: Monday, June 18, 2012 9:37 AM
To: Francini, Catherine
Subject: 3212 California Street in Stockton
Good morning Catherine,
Well destructions have stopped at ARCO Service Station No. 2186 located at 3212 North California-Street
in Stockton. Will you please give me an updated on when the remaining wells will be destroyed at this
site?
Thank you.
6/18/2012
