i
ARCO Service Station No. 2186 Page 2
3212 North California Street March 6, 2012
Stockton, California 94570
best obtained when an auger larger than the original auger is used and centered on the
deepest casing (which is off-center in the original borehole). The auger needs to be sized
sufficiently to reach out and remove all well casings, screens, filter packs, and grout sealant
installed during construction. With these conditions the EHD approves the work plan.
Two monitoring wells are located at Oak Park and one monitoring well is located in the right-of-
way on American Street in Stockton. Please submit a copy.of the encroachment permit and/or
access agreement for these wells along with an EHD Well and Boring Permit Application form
for each parcel, a Master File Record form, and appropriate fees for each parcel. [To
determine the fees for nested wells, each nested pair (example VW-1AIVW-1B) is considered
as one well for permitting and fee purposes.] A fee of $2,875.00 (14 x $125.00) f ($375.00 x 3)
will be required for the well destruction permits.
If you have any questions, please contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 or by email at
vmccartney@sjcehd.com.
4 ,ee
Victoria L.
