The quarterly monitoring program is in
compliance with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) requirements
regarding underground storage tank investigations.
LIMITATIONS
No monitoring event is thorough enough to describe all geologic and hydrogeologic conditions
of interest at a given site. If conditions have not been identified during the monitoring event,
such a finding "should not, therefore, be construed as a guarantee of the absence of such-
conditions at the site, but rather as the result of the scope, limitations, and- cost of work
performed during the monitoring event.
Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Pinnacle
1 Coffman Ja Z %Json, G. 5867
Project Manager erroervisor
Attachment: Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, Fourth Quarter 1998
cc: Carol Oz, San Joaquin County Public Health Services
Elizabeth Thayer, California Regional Water Quality Control Board
CP\E:1ARC0121861QTRLY\2186Q498.DOC-9811sg:1
3939 Cambridge Road,Suite 220 Cameron Park,California 95682 (530)676-6884 (530)676-6885 Fax
