Box 6549 <br /> Moraga, California 94570 <br /> Re: Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, Fourth Quarter 1998, for ARCO Service <br /> Station No. 2186, Located at 3212 North California Street, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Supple: <br /> Pinnacle Environmental Solutions, a division of EMCON (Pinnacle), is submitting the attached <br /> report which presents the results of the fourth quarter 1998 groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling program at ARCO Products Company (ARCO) Service Station No. 2186, located at <br /> 3212 North California Street, Stockton, California. The quarterly monitoring program is in <br /> compliance with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) requirements <br /> regarding underground storage tank investigations. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> No monitoring event is thorough enough to describe all geologic and hydrogeologic conditions <br /> of interest at a given site.
