Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the manager. Banquet room is being remodeled,the bar in the banquet room is being cleaned up.The restaurant <br /> kitchen and prep areas will be remodeled at a later time. Plans for review are required for the remodel of the kitchen and <br /> preparation areas. 2 sets of plans if paper, or one copy via email.The fee for the review is$456.
