Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Warmer--152.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Facility was not aware of complaint. Facility will change owners on the 15th. Food in the warmer was proper. Cook <br /> has very short hair and no hair observed in food on site. Observed cooked potatoes from the night before in a cooler and was <br /> told they keep them inside after cooking. This is not an appropriate warmer. Left over potatoes discarded. Provide proper <br /> hand soap today.
