CAUSING EXCESSIVE ROTTING <br /> ODORS AND MAJOR FLY PROBLEM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner was aware of the complaint. Complainant came to him yesterday complaining of flies and rotten odor, and she <br /> requested from him to push the dumpsters away at an empty field. Owner agreed after checking with the other 8 facilities <br /> sharing dumpsters with him. <br /> During my visit, I observed the 2 dumpsters are both covered with lids and there are few flies around that area. <br /> I asked the owner to show me how he is disposing his meat debris. He place them in strong plastic bag and place it in a box <br /> and cover it with box lid. I requested to tighten the plastic bag before disposal. <br /> Regarding the inactive status, he didn't know that he has to change ownership.
