Please review and let me know if this explanation is clear to you. If
yes, do you need us to resubmit the report?
I've also attached the table with the geoprobe lab results. Let me know if that's what you were looking for.
Last,Jim is working on the geotracker item.
Thank you
Jeanne Homsey, PE
BRANCH MANAGER
CARDNO,AMERICAS REGION
Office (+1)209-579-2221 Cell (+1)209-601-9731 Fax (+1)209-579-2225
Address 1117 Lone Palm Ave, Suite B, Modesto, CA 95351
Email ieanne.homsev(a).cardno.com Web www.cardnoatc.com—www.cardno.com
From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH] [mailto:gagonzalez(alsicehd.com]
Sent: Monday, April 20, 2015 12:19 PM
To: Jeanne Homsey
Subject: RE: 16470 Cambridge Dr., NFAR
Hi Jeanne,
Here's a list of borings which have groundwater analytical data and the report in which the data was presented. If you
have a table(s)that summarizes this data that can be included in the NFAR,that would be great.
GP-1 through GP-9 groundwater analytical data: Results of Additional Site Assessment(2/12/2003)
GP-10 through GP-14 groundwater analytical data: Results of Geoprobe Assessment(9/7/2004)
DGP-1 and DGP-2 groundwater analytical data (two samples each): Results of Additional Site Assessment and Site
Conceptual Model (7/5/2005)
Also, may you please help clarify how concentrations of analytes in the groundwater and soil were calculated? For
example, MW-5 soil concentrations of TPH-G were reported as 31.4 and 2.35 at 10 and 25 feet bsg.The included "Figure
2" in the NFAR shows a value of 10.5 on the figure next to MW-5 and this value was also included in the mass
calculation. From the two numbers 31.4 and 2.35, it's not clear how 10.5 was obtained. Another example for the
groundwater concentrations used in the dissolved mass in groundwater calculations. MW-1R and MW-5 concentrations
appear to be from the most recent groundwater analysis. The rest do not appear so, and it is not clear how the values
were obtained.
In addition, upon review of the manganese data presented in figures in the report, it looks like not all manganese data
available on Geotracker/historical tables were included. This further revealed that about half of the February 2013 EDF is
I
