A "J" flag indicates that a reported analytical result is an estimated concentration value between the method detection limit (MDL) and the practical quantification limit (PQL) specified by the laboratory. 6. Concentration graphs based on tables (presented following Figures) show non -detect results prior to the Second Quarter 2000 plotted at fixed values for graphical display.
