YFK.
S E C 0 R
Attachment 1. Based on TPPH, benzene, and MtBE isoconcentration maps (Figures 3,
4, and 5 in Attachment 1) the plume is delineated in all directions with the exception of
northeast of MW -17.
REMEDATION STATUS
No active remediation.
CHARACTERIZATION STATUS
Contamination in soil has been adequately delineated. Contamination in groundwater
has been delineated in all directions except northeast of well MW -17. Vertical
delineation in groundwater has not been completed.
WASTE DISPOSAL SUMMARY
The volume of purged groundwater generated and disposed of during the quarterly
groundwater monitoring event will be reported in TRC's quarterly report.
RECENT SUBMITTALS/CORRESPONDENCE
None
THIS QUARTER ACTIVITIES (Second Quarter 2005)
1. Performed quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling (TRC).
2. Prepared and submitted a quarterly summary report.
NEXT QUARTER ACTIVITIES (Third Quarter 2005)
1. Prepare and submit a quarterly summary report.
2. Perform quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling.
3. Submitted SCM dated July 5, 2005.
4. Submit work plan for vertical delineation.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the second quarter groundwater monitoring and sampling and data TPPH,
benzene, and MtBE are delineated to low or non-detectable levels. Installation of wells
MW -17, MW -18, MW -19 (during the first quarter) completed lateral delineation at the
site. Based on the SCM dated July 5, 2005, additional vertical delineation is required
and SECOR will submit a work plan to complete the assessment during the third quarter.
