Notify the Board and County staff at least two business days prior to any site work or sampling. <br /> 8 Obtain all necessary local and state permits prior to beginning work. <br /> ' 9 Submit all reports and correspondence to the Board's Sacramento Office, the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division, and all parties (or representatives) identified in this <br /> Order. Under penalty of perjury,the technical reports as directed., which shall be submitted to the <br /> ' Executive Officer of the Board,and to the County, must be signed by an appropnately licensed <br /> professional(technical reports and plans, including drilling logs and soil and groundwater <br /> sampling, are to be prepared, signed, and certified by a Registered Geologist,Registered Civil <br /> ' Engineer, Certified Engineering Geologist, or Certified Hydrogeologist) All registered <br /> professionals must be licensed by the State of Califomia <br /> 10. Submit preapprovals with workplans and all reports v6th reimbursement requests to the State <br /> ' Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund in a timely manner to avoid delays that would <br /> . result in non-compliance with this Order. <br /> 1 <br />
