The attempt was unsuccessful and MW-13 remains improperly destroyed and unable to serve it's intended purpose. No additional actions have been taken to destroy the remaining wells since this time. The other wells for this site must be destroyed also. Your immediate attention is required. Please contact Michael Infurna immediately at (209) 468-3454.
